Does Pacific Beach Bikes Ship Internationally
Unfortunately due to the high cost of shipping a bike, we do not ship overseas. We have tested international rates and after quoting over 100 rates for customers and no purchases it was not in our best interest to continue to provide international shipping quotes

Are all bikes delivered fully assembled for FREE?
For purchases within San Diego County, we provide 100% fully assembled bikes that are ready to ride upon delivery. We deliver for FREE to Pacific Beach. For all other cities in San Diego, please call 858-220-6187 for delivery charge rates. Rates vary from $10 – $200 dollars depending on mileage.
If I ordered my bike for local delivery in San Diego, when will I receive it?
Upon receipt of your order, a courtesy confirmation call will typically be placed within 30 minutes. For immediate or same day delivery please contact 858-220-6187.
The bike I want to order says “out of stock”…what can I do?
If you read “out of stock” on our website then this refers to what the manufacturer has available. We are always updating our inventory lists. Because we get our listings directly from the manufacturers, the “out of stock” notation means that this particular item is no longer available for distribution. If you have found a product that you wish to order, please contact us and we will do our very best to provide you with the product availability. Unfortunately we do not take back order requests and cannot guarantee that items will become available in the future. If our warehouse is out of stock on any item that shows as in-stock online, we can usually get the merchandise to us within a couple of days.
How long does it take for shipments to be received if I order online via FedEX and I live outside San Diego County?
Please allow 10-14 business days for all orders to be processed, shipped, and received. Although our average shipping time is about one week, shipments and deliveries may experience delays. Pacific Beach Bikes uses FedEx, UPS and USPS for most bicycle and accessory shipments. Standard bicycle packaging ships as follows:

Package Size aproximately: 57″ long x 27″ high x 7″ wide.
My bike arrived in damaged condition, what should I do?
Please review our Damage Claims http://pacificbeachbikes.com/damage-claim-guidelines/ page to find out if the damage qualifies for a return. How much assembly is required?
All bikes are shipped nearly fully assembled. Assembly instructions are included however we highly recommend having a bike shop do the assembly for you to insure your bicycle is riding smoothly and safely

Can I ride my bike on the beach?
Beach cruisers and most every type of bicycle cannot be ridden on dry sand. Although they can be ridden on wet, hardened sand, it is not recommended and could be dangerous. In order to keep your bicycle in optimal riding conditions, please follow all road safety rules and stick to terrain that is suitable to your bike.
